Apple Watch Series 5 Launched

In the September Apple event, Apple announced new Apple Watch, Apple Watch Series 5 which packs much-anticipated improvements from the last year's Apple Watch Series 4.

Apple Watch Series 5 Features

The biggest change to notice is now Apple Watch Series 5 comes with Always O Display which we have seen in many other smartwatches including the Samsung ones which use AMOLED displays. For "Always On Display", Apple is using a low powered display driver and a new ambient light sensor.

Also, Apple claims that this is the only display out there which can go from 60Hz refresh rate to as low as 1Hz for that extra battery savings.

Apple Watch also comes with a compass which can be added to the home screen as well. Also, emergency calls have been improved in the LTE version of Apple Watch Series 5 which is capable of calling emergency services in more than 100 countries even without an iPhone.
