Five Best Smartwatches 2018 - Which One to Buy ?

When it comes to wearable technology we all know Smartwatches are still not at that level of smartphones. However, smartwatches have turned out to be a great companion of your smartphones. During the recent years updates, smartwatches can do a lot of tasks such as tracking your exercise over GPS, telling you about the weather, reading notifications for you and a ton of other tasks.

So let's talk about some of the best smartwatches of 2018 that you can buy. If you love Android or iOS, we have got you covered.

Apple Watch Series 4

When it comes to smartwatches, Apple Watch 4 is undoubtedly the best. It has a larger screen, wider and vibrant display. You have the choices of 40mm and 44mm display sizes. The watch is light and the strap of older apple watch can be used with the new one. The speaker in Apple Watch 4 is louder than the previous generation watches.
The most talked feature in Apple Watch 4 is the ECG feature within the heart rate tracker. It can test your heart to see if there is any risk or not. It allows you to get help if something is found suspicious with your heart rate and your health might be in danger.
This tech isn't available in countries other than the United States, so this upgrade is not relevant for everyone but for some people, this can be life-saving.
There are other tons of features available in this smartwatch that you can use with an iPhone. This does not work with Android, but still, I feel this is the best your money can buy if you are an iPhone user.

Pros-
Great Display
Great Features
Water Resistant up to 50m

Cons-
Expensive
Battery lasts for 1-2 days.

Also, see Apple Watch Series 3. This is still worth a buy.

Samsung Galaxy Watch

When it comes to choosing from Android, Samsung Galaxy Smartwatch is the best. Galaxy watch is a big improvement from the Samsung Gear S3 watch. It has a good battery life of four days when used extensively. As compared to other competitors in the market, its battery life is impressive.
The highlight Galaxy Smartwatch is its rotating bezel which is used for navigation. It is quite practical and works on Tizen OS. It works with both Android and iOS. It has an internal storage of 4 GB and can be wirelessly charged. Talking about design, it looks cools and premium. Though it lacks in apps, it gets the work done. It is good for workouts and daily activities.

Pros-
Good battery life
Rotating bezel

Cons-
Limited apps
Annoying charger

Fitbit Versa

Fitbit Versa
This is a smaller and cheaper Fitbit Iconic. It features contactless payments and a battery life of three days. It has an internal storage of 2.5 GB for music. It runs on Fitbit OS and is compatible with both iOS and Android. It is water resistant up to 50m.
Fitbit Versa lacks GPS, means it does not track your running. Also, the design does not feel premium. Considering the price point, this could be a deal breaker.

Pros-
Affordable
Lightweight

Cons-
No GPS
Does not feel premium

Amazfit Bip

Talking about Amazfit Bip, it has the massive 30 days battery life. Though it is not as feature-rich in the market, considering it's price and the thirty days battery life with regular usage it can be acceptable. It has an always-on color display, GPS, barometer, a geomagnetic sensor, and a heart rate sensor. Also, it is IP68 certified water and dust resistance. It is compatible with both Android and iOS.

Pros-
Affordable price
Battery life
Third-party app support with Mi-Fit app

Cons-
Does not feel premium
The display is not sharp
No actionable notification

Amazfit Stratos

This is Huami Amazfit Stratos. Unlike Amazfit Bip, this one is a feature-rich smartwatch. This watch has a list of sensors which includes barometer, heart rate sensor, 3-axis accelerometer, gyroscope, and more. It also comes with the sleep tracking feature which smartwatches like Apple Watch Series 4 lack. It has a round design and packs 1.34 inch LCD panel display. It is compatible with both Android and iOS.

Pros-
Long battery life
Affordable price

Cons-
Bulky design
Not show sharp display
Limited actionable notifications

Well, that ends the list, there are more smartwatches available with such features and great pricing.  Do let us know in the comments which smartwatch you use and what is the best feature you like. Thanks for reading.
