I was using Ubuntu Endless OS on my Acer Swift 3 laptop and everything was working perfectly. One fine day I decided to switch to Windows 10 Pro. Installation went seamless and everything was working fine except the scrolling that was working fine on Linux.
I tried un-installing and re-installing the driver software, downloaded and installed the latest driver software for my laptop from Acer's website but of no avail. Then I decided to install driver software of different Acer model and OS. I tried many but the result was the same. Then luckily I got synaptic touchpad driver for Windows 8.1 x64 of model Acer Aspire E-571 and this worked for me.
